Winter Salad

Ingredients

2 slice Turkey bacon, cooked (crumbled)

4 medium egg Egg (hard boiled)

1 cup diced Celery

1 head Lettuce, romaine (chopped)

2 medium Pear (cored, sliced)

4 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette (for dressing, to taste)

1/2 cup Walnuts (crushed or whole)

Instructions


1. Cook the bacon in a pan on medium-high heat to desired consistency and boil the eggs by placing eggs in water and bringing water to a rolling boil, turn of heat and cover eggs for 10-12 minutes, strain from water, rinse in cold water and peel. .

2. Wash and tear the lettuce. Add all toppings to the salad and drizzle with vinaigrette.

Serve and enjoy!
